I coach from experience, not theory. I have worked at leadership levels of Big Tech — at Google and Instagram — and I know firsthand what it means to navigate a career transition. I have been through it myself. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it actually feels like to be in transition: the uncertainty, the identity shift, and the incredible opportunity that lives inside it. After Instagram, I joined a branding company working exclusively with startups, giving me deep experience in the VC and startup ecosystem. I have also coached hundreds of professionals through career transitions, including a community of laid-off tech workers. My methodology — the Treasure Hunt — is a proprietary framework I developed to surface the story only you can tell. My sessions are collaborative, high-energy, and built around your real situation.
