** Qualifications ** I spent 4 years at BCG across two offices (Chicago & New York) with a focus on private equity due-diligence and go-to-market strategy. Throughout my time, I was a core member of the Associate and Consultant recruiting teams - ultimately leading MBA recruiting for MLT (Black + LatinX candidates) and Stanford GSB. As an engineer turned consultant, I specialize in helping my clients master the case interview -- together I can help you quickly understand which framework to use, and how to lead your interview in the BCG way. My services are comprehensive and can include resume/cover letter support & behavioral interview prep. ** A bit about me ** I pivoted into consulting relatively late as an undergrad, recruiting for full-time roles as a Senior who hadn't joined any management consulting/business clubs or had experience interning within consulting. I focused on what I could control - telling my authentic story, nailing the case and showing that I had an acute understanding of the role, firm & office I was looking to join.

About Hind

Hi, I'm Hind and I'm excited to work with you towards this next milestone! I recently graduated from Stanford GSB, where I was pretty involved on campus (BBSA, GSB Pride, Student Government, People People Club). My favorite experience, however, was serving as a TALK Coach. I was selected as one of five coaches and worked with my peers weekly on self-reflection and storytelling that culminated in each of them sharing a 30-minute personal life story. Recruiting & MBA applications are stressful and high-stakes processes. I'd love to help you in your unique journey of figuring out which next step is the best fit for your goals and ensuring that they are able to see and appreciate you. I have worked with a variety of domestic and international students to help them articulate their stories better, highlight what truly matters to them and why, and be prepared for the exciting journey ahead of them. Reach out if you have any questions, I'm excited to get to know you!

Why do I coach?

By the time I started college, I had moved 9 times across 6 cities in the US and the Middle East. And no, I wasn’t a military kid, my mom’s a professor and my dad’s an engineer. Regardless of where I was, I still remember the dread I felt each time I navigated a new environment and the pressure I put on myself to "have myself figured out" through each of the moves. What I didn’t realize then was that charting my own path and challenging the status quo is core to who I am - whether through sports, clubs or even cultural stereotypes. I realized I didn't need to strive to fit in - but rather embrace what makes me unique. I care a lot about advocating for others, and I think that knowing yourself and having a space to share your story is a key piece of that. As a coach, I'll help you feel heard, feel more confident in yourself and your goals, and lastly help you tell an authentic and compelling story.
