About Helen
Experience workforce development, financial management leader and owner of Wines & Spines LLC. I thrive in process improvement and helping others discover/grow their professional potential. My background includes budget analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. I am a self-publish author and currently an Audit Manager with the Air Force. Prior I served as the Team Lead for Civilian force development on the Air Force Civilian Financial Management Career Field Team. In that role i provided one-on-one career counseling and group session training on leadership and development. I have 13 years of experience working for the United States Air Force in financial management/program management and 10 years as a brand influencer working in the direct sales industry. In my spare time I give back to my community through philanthropic work and enjoy traveling. I am also a mom to two daughters.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I love helping others unlock their full potential. Mentorship is something I wish I had taken seriously early on in my career. However, as I moved into leadership, I have gain great mentors/coaches over the years who have helped me navigate moving into leadership, maintaining work/life balance and achieve all my goals. I feel is my duty and honor to pay it forward. Together we will create a coaching plan that works for you and is obtainable.
