Why do I coach?

I coach because I genuinely believe every student has unique potential, and I’ve always had a natural ability to see what someone is truly capable of — often before they see it themselves. What I love most is helping students grow into the best version of themselves, not just as applicants, but as people. For me, college admissions is not about creating a fake image or building a perfect résumé. It’s about helping students understand who they really are and teaching them how to communicate that authentically to universities. The strongest applications come from self-awareness, confidence, and a meaningful personal story. I also believe coaching goes beyond academics and applications. I build real relationships with my students, support them through stressful moments, encourage them when they doubt themselves, and help them recognize their strengths. Many of my students see me not only as a coach, but also as a mentor and friend throughout the process. One of the most fulfilling parts of this work is knowing that helping a student access better educational opportunities can completely change the direction of their future. And in turn, those students often go on to create positive impact for others as well.
