Gabriela’s College Qualifications
Gabriela has helped clients get into these schools:
For the past five years, I’ve helped high school seniors navigate the college admissions process with confidence and clarity. My focus is on helping each student uncover the story only they can tell—one that feels deeply personal, honest, and true to who they are. I believe the best essays don’t come from trying to impress, but from reflecting on what really matters to you. I’ve worked with students from all kinds of backgrounds, always with the same goal: to be their biggest cheerleader and most thoughtful challenger. Whether we’re brainstorming topics or polishing a final draft, I’m here to help you find your voice and share it with the world in a way that feels both powerful and authentic.

About Gabriela
Gabriela Diaz has followed her appetite—literally—across 78 countries, but her deep love of the food business ultimately brought her to Stanford GSB. A proud Argentine-American from NY, she once took a semester off of college to learn cheesemaking in northern Spain and hasn’t stopped chasing meaningful food experiences since. She managed Épicerie Boulud at The Plaza Hotel at age 22 and later joined FreshDirect, where she ran the freezer and pet departments and developed a love for customer data and brand building. On weekends, she loves trying ambitious recipes with her fiancé and playing with their opinionated dachshund, Kewpie—named after the Japanese mayo, of course.
Why do I coach?
I started tutoring in high school and loved the feeling of helping someone realize they were capable of more than they thought. Since then, I’ve worked closely with high school seniors, helping them craft essays that felt true to who they are—not just what they’ve accomplished. I see coaching as both a privilege and a responsibility: to be someone’s biggest cheerleader, to ask the tough questions, and to create space for students to be honest with themselves. After experiencing the power of great coaching during my MBA journey, I’m excited to give that same support to others—helping them find their voice and the courage to share it.
