About Gabriel

I’m a Harvard graduate (also admitted to Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, Columbia, Duke, Rice, Washington University in St. Louis, UT Austin, and Texas A&M) and a Kellogg MBA where I was a F.C. Austin Scholar (Kellogg’s highest merit-based scholarship, awarded to 18 students per year for academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, and community impact). I now lead strategic AI and security partnerships within the cloud ecosystem, driving revenue growth and digital transformation for customers at Microsoft. After Harvard, I joined Teach For America and taught AP Biology, Physical Science, and French. In 2012, I founded an educational nonprofit focused on college access and success. Over seven years, our team served 1,000+ students who achieved 100% college acceptance and earned $170,000,000+ in scholarships. Those students were accepted to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Stanford, Duke, Rice, Washington University in St. Louis, Notre Dame, Williams, Northwestern, Dartmouth, Columbia Cornell, the University of Chicago, Vanderbilt, Brown, Johns Hopkins, and many more. The results were significant enough to earn recognition at the White House. Twice. Since 2010, I’ve also served as a Harvard alumni interviewer, learning firsthand how admissions insiders evaluate applications and what helps a story stand out. Across all of those roles, the same truths kept surfacing: • Great admissions outcomes aren’t built on secrets; they’re built on clarity and consistency. • The right action at the right time beats last-minute sprints. • Opportunity grows when knowledge is shared, not hoarded. I'm Your Best Fit If: • You're targeting Top programs, won't settle, and want a coach who won't either • You have a strong profile but need expert positioning to stand out • You value direct, strategic guidance over hand-holding • You're ready to invest in yourself at the level your goals demand • You’re pivoting careers and need to connect disparate experiences into one compelling narrative Let's build your admit strategy. Book a free intro call. Let's talk about your story, your goals, and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, just honest conversation about your path forward. Gabriel Kellogg MBA (F.C. Austin Scholar) | Harvard Alumni Interviewer | Former Founder, The College Initiative ________________________________________ "The best investment you can make is in yourself. The second best is in someone who knows how to position that investment for maximum return."

Why do I coach?

I care about coaching because I have watched brilliant students lose opportunities for reasons that had nothing to do with potential and everything to do with access, storytelling, and timing. After Harvard, I taught in the classroom and later founded an educational nonprofit focused on college access and success. Over seven years, our team served 1,000+ students, achieved a 100% college acceptance rate, and helped students earn $170,000,000+ in scholarships. That experience shaped my “why” permanently: when someone has a plan and a clear narrative, doors open. I also bring the lens of someone who has navigated elite admissions personally, including Harvard undergrad and a Kellogg MBA, plus years as a Harvard alumni interviewer. I know what committees look for, but more importantly, I know how to help you communicate your value with precision and authenticity. Coaching matters to me because it is not about hacks. It is about planning, clarity, confidence, and a story that finally matches your ambition. If you want a supportive strategist who will challenge you and champion you, I would love to help.
