About Frances

About Frances Sun is a Taiwanese UX/UI designer with more than 15 years of experience in UI/UX at some of the world’s biggest and most respected names in technology and entertainment: Lenovo, Dell, and Disney. She holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from Taiwan. In her current role at The Walt Disney Company, she leads the Ad Platforms team, where she oversees UX for the flagship sales product used across Disney’s linear channels like ABC and ESPN. At Dell, she collaborated with the engineering team to improve configuration of high-end server products, and at Lenovo, she worked on UX for consumer products like PC support software and cloud storage.
