Work Directly with an Ivy League Plastic Surgery Resident

I am an incoming integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery resident at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the most competitive specialties and training programs in medicine. I was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, scored a 263 on USMLE Step 2, and built a highly competitive application from a less nationally recognized medical school. I understand firsthand what it takes to stand out in a crowded applicant pool—not just through strong metrics, but through strategic positioning, narrative development, and deliberate planning. In addition to my academic performance, I have developed extensive expertise in writing and application strategy through my research experience. I have authored over 75 peer-reviewed publications, including first-author work in high-impact journals such as JAMA Surgery and JAMA Ophthalmology, and have presented nationally at major conferences.
