About Fabio
I help candidates navigate the full MBA journey—from deciding whether an MBA is the right step, to choosing the right programs, and ultimately building an application that stands out. My approach is shaped by a dual perspective. I’ve been an MBA student myself at IESE Business School, and for the past four years I’ve collaborated with the IESE admissions committee, interviewing and evaluating candidates. In parallel, I teach in MBA programs, which gives me direct insight into how these institutions think and what they value. I work with candidates at every stage: early exploration (Is an MBA right for me?), school selection based on profile and career goals, and full application support—including narrative development, essays, and interview preparation. Having worked across international teams, I’m particularly comfortable supporting global candidates and helping them position their profiles across different markets. My goal is simple: to help you make the right MBA decisions—and ensure your application is clear, compelling, and aligned with your long-term career.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I genuinely enjoy working with people at pivotal moments in their lives and careers. The MBA decision is one of those moments—it’s not just about getting admitted, but about making the right long-term choice. I’ve personally benefited from great mentors in the past, and coaching feels like a natural way to give that forward. Over the years, I’ve also coached and supported candidates, and I find it to be a very rewarding, bidirectional process—I learn as much from the people I work with as they do from me. What I value most is helping someone gain clarity and confidence in their decisions, and seeing that translate into real outcomes later on.
