With a career spanning corporate banking, debt capital markets, middle market M&A, and private equity, I bring a well-rounded and informed perspective on finance. My experience across multiple disciplines within investment banking gives me the ability to coach aspiring professionals with real-world insights, technical expertise, and practical career advice. I started my career with Wells Fargo, where I interned in middle market banking and later joined the industrials corporate banking group for full-time. I underwrote investment-grade and non-investment-grade credits and structured complex financing solutions. From there, I transitioned into investment-grade debt capital markets, sitting on the money market securities desk and executing bond issuances on the oil & gas desk. After spending years at Wells Fargo, I joined a boutique investment bank to help build out their industrials practice, working closely with middle-market clients to execute strategic transactions. Now, as a senior associate at a private equity firm investing in industrial manufacturing businesses, I bring a buy-side perspective — understanding what investors look for in deals, how to assess investment opportunities, and what makes a banker valuable to clients.
