About Erica
My career began in management and marketing before my MBA led me in an unexpected direction. I discovered a genuine passion for higher education and found my way into admissions, almost by accident. What started as an admissions role at Emory's Goizueta Business School grew into an independent coaching practice that I have continued to build and invest in ever since. My role on the admissions committee at Emory shaped what I had come to love about this work. Reading application files, conducting interviews, and participating in admissions decisions gave me a perspective that continues to inform the work I do as a coach. I understand the admissions process from both sides, and I use that perspective to help each client build applications that highlight their strengths, readiness, and fit for every program on their list. The MBA application is one of the more significant things a person will do for themselves. It requires you to be honest about where you have been, intentional about where you are going, and confident enough to send it out into the world. Working with clients going through the MBA application process is genuinely meaningful, and the trust my clients place in me is something I don't take lightly. The clients I work with are driven, goal-oriented people who are ready to commit to a strong application and want an experienced partner in their corner, but no two are the same. Some come to me with a clear vision and just need help executing it. Others are earlier in the journey and need help seeing what is possible and uncovering what is already there. Many are navigating a career pivot or have concerns about something in their academic record. A complex story is not a barrier. It just requires a more thoughtful approach. I believe there is a compelling application in every candidate I work with and I welcome the complexity. If you are ready to get started, even if you are not sure where to start, schedule an intro call with me. I would love to hear about your goals and where you are in the process. I look forward to connecting with you!
