This comprehensive package is designed to support Fulbright applicants (research and teaching) from strategy through final submission. Between the personal statement, research or teaching proposal, language evaluations, and supporting materials, a successful Fulbright application demands clarity, strategy, and authentic storytelling at every turn. As a Fulbright Scholar, a member of Wake Forest University's Fulbright Campus Committee, and a coach with multiple Fulbright admits across both grant types, I bring both insider knowledge and proven coaching expertise to every session. Here's an overview of what this package includes: • Kickoff and Strategy Session: We'll review your candidacy, discuss your target country and grant type, assess your strengths as an applicant, and build a customized application plan and timeline. • Essay Brainstorming and Advising: We'll develop your personal statement narrative and proposal approach together, ensuring your essays are differentiated, authentic, and strategically framed. • Essay Editing (multiple rounds): You'll receive expert feedback across multiple drafts of your personal statement, research proposal or teaching statement, and any additional written components. • Supporting Materials: We'll work through your résumé, language evaluation materials, and recommender strategy so every piece of your application reinforces your overall narrative. • Final Application Review: A comprehensive review of all materials before submission to ensure cohesion, polish, and impact.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
This package is delivered through a combination of live video sessions and asynchronous coaching. Live sessions are conducted via Zoom and typically run 50-60 minutes. We'll create a plan for how best to incorporate asynchronous support/feedback. My coaching style is collaborative and encouraging. I ask a lot of questions, listen carefully, and help you discover and articulate what makes your application uniquely compelling. I believe excellence and encouragement aren't in conflict. Instead, they fuel each other. I create a space where you can brainstorm, draft, and revise without fear of judgment, while holding your work to the highest standard. The result is an application that reflects you at your absolute best.
Asynchronous feedback is typically returned within 1-2 business days, though we'll establish a workflow that works for both of us at the start of our engagement. As with any competitive application process, I cannot guarantee outcomes. However, I can guarantee my full expertise, attention, and commitment to helping you put your best foot forward.

Fulbright Committee Member | Helping Students Win $1.5M+ in Scholarships
Fellowship committees aren't just evaluating your credentials. They're looking for candidates with a clear sense of how the fellowship fits into their future, and a compelling answer to the following question: what will you contribute that no one else can? Together, we’ll work through these ideas until your answers are authentic, specific, and impossible to ignore. What sets me apart: I’m both a Fulbright Scholar and a sitting member of Wake Forest University's Fulbright Campus Committee, where I interview and evaluate candidates. I know how selection committees think, what makes an application compelling, and where even strong candidates fall short. That insider perspective informs every session I have with a fellowship applicant. My own Fulbright was genuinely life-changing, and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping others access those same transformative opportunities. I offer a free 15-minute intro call—let's talk about your fellowship goals and how we can pursue them together.
