Emma has helped clients get into these companies:
As a UCLA sophomore with an offer from McKinsey in my freshman summer, I bring very recent firsthand experience of the consulting recruitment process and a strong understanding of the realistic challenges students face today. Moreover, I've judged hundreds of business student applications and coached dozens of students to identify the most helpful advice and components for success. I aim to support students through every stage of the process, from resume and personal story development to casing and behavioral prep. My coaching style is best described as supportive and personalized as I give practical, relevant, and honest advice to help my students achieve their biggest professional goals.

About Emma
I’m a UCLA student studying Statistics and Economics with a background in STEM, data, and problem-solving. I started exploring consulting when I first came into college, and since then, I’ve completed 4 part-time internships and 10+ external consulting projects across strategy, AI operations, growth, and market research. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with both student-led and professional teams, learning how to break down ambiguous problems and turn research into practical recommendations. During my freshman summer, I received an offer from McKinsey & Co. for the SSBA Program. Going through the recruiting process early helped me understand how overwhelming consulting recruiting can be and how much of a difference the right guidance can make, especially when it's tailored, patient, and honest. As a coach, I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and improve step by step. I specialize in behavioral interview preparation, casing structure, and personal background presentation. My goal is to make the process more manageable and transparent by giving students practical tools they can actually use in interviews. Previous students I've coached have aced interviews at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, UBS, Tesla, and more.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I had mentors who took the time to help me when I was younger in college, and those relationships genuinely changed my life. They helped me understand what was possible, gave me confidence to pursue my goals, and played a huge role in setting me up to be where I am. Even simple conversations with experienced students could teach me more than an entire class in school. The best advice I received was direct and based on real experience, which helped me build confidence and pursue opportunities I originally thought were out of reach. Now, I want to give that same support to other students. I know how overwhelming the process can feel, from casing to behavioral prep to balancing recruiting with school. Therefore, my goal is not just to help students get offers, but to help them feel more prepared, confident, and in control throughout the entire process.
