About Emma
I’m a UCLA student studying Statistics and Economics with a background in STEM. I began exploring consulting coming into college and have since completed 4 part-time internships and 10+ external consulting projects. I received an offer from McKinsey & Co. in my freshman summer for the SSBA Program. While I am passionate about helping my students in every step of their consulting recruitment journey, I specialize in behavioral drills, casing structure and personal interview performance.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I had mentors who took the time to help me when I was younger in college, and those relationships genuinely changed my life. They helped me understand what was possible, gave me confidence to pursue my goals, and played a huge role in setting me up to be where I am. Even simple conversations with experienced students could teach me more than an entire class in school. Now, I want to give back to others and pass on the valuable insights I've accumulated thus far, providing reliable and honest advice as a student who has just walked in their shoes. My goal is not just to help people get offers, but to support them through every step and make a difficult process feel much more manageable and personal.
