60+ people coached for Executive Coaching

I coach managers, senior leaders, and founders who are stepping into bigger roles and feeling the pressure that comes with it. I’m a former in-house leader with experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and increased complexity. That background means I coach with a practical, business-grounded lens, focused on real decisions, real conversations, and real outcomes. I trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and use a whole-person, results-driven approach that helps leaders strengthen executive presence, sharpen communication, and lead with greater intention and authority. Clients work with me when they’re: - Transitioning into leadership or managing former peers - Preparing for high-stakes conversations or increased visibility - Navigating career pivots, burnout, or a loss of confidence - Wanting to lead more effectively My style is candid, thoughtful, and forward-moving. Clients leave our sessions with clearer thinking, stronger self-trust, and concrete next steps they can apply immediately. If you’re looking for a coach who understands the realities of leadership and helps you move decisively toward your next level, we’ll work well together.

About Emily

I’ve built my career at the intersection of ambition and reinvention. I’ve worked inside both fast-growing startups and large enterprises, led global talent teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and supported executives through high-stakes transitions. I know what it feels like to carry big responsibility and the pressure that comes with it. Outside of work, I’m someone who loves learning and building, whether that’s writing, developing new leadership frameworks or diving into creative projects. I care deeply about helping capable people stop second-guessing themselves and start leading with clarity and intention. My coaching is direct, thoughtful, and practical. I won’t overwhelm you with theory, but I also won’t let you stay small. If you’re ambitious, reflective, and ready to grow into your next level of leadership,, we’ll likely work well together!

Why do I coach?

I coach because I realized one day that the part of every role I loved most was the coaching; the conversations where someone walked in uncertain and left clearer, steadier, and more confident. For years, coaching was the unofficial throughline of my work. I was the person leaders came to when they were navigating a stretch role, a tough conversation or self-doubt. Eventually I decided to formalize what was already instinctive and earned my coaching certification to deepen and refine that skill. I genuinely love helping capable leaders grow into roles that once felt intimidating. There’s something powerful about watching someone stop second-guessing themselves and start leading with clarity and confidence. Coaching matters to me because growth changes how people experience their work, and themselves.
