This package includes: -A clear application strategy and roadmap, personalized to your background and goals, so you know exactly how to position yourself for an MBA program and stay on track through every deadline -A polished, application-ready resume that highlights your achievements, leadership, skills, and career trajectory in a way that grabs attention and demonstrates impact -Compelling essays that are differentiated, authentic, and tailored to your target program — reflecting your voice, experiences, and leadership potential -A final, fully polished application that you can submit with confidence, knowing every component tells a cohesive, persuasive story -Recommender guidance that allows you to select the best colleagues to write about you and support your application -Mock interviews that leave you prepared, confident, and ready to articulate your achievements, goals, and fit with your desired MBA program And most importantly, a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and excitement about your goals — feeling ready to make an impact, lead with purpose, and stand out in the admissions process

From there, we guide you step-by-step through resume refinement, essay development, recommendation strategy, and interview preparation, ensuring every element reinforces a cohesive, compelling story. I emphasize a hands-on, iterative approach: I provide detailed feedback, multiple revision cycles, and actionable guidance so your materials are not just polished, but authentic to your voice. Our coaching style balances strategic insight with practical execution—we help you identify your unique strengths, frame your experiences effectively, and communicate with confidence, while keeping the process structured, deadline-driven, and stress-free. Clients also benefit from ongoing support between sessions, ensuring questions are answered, progress is tracked, and momentum is maintained. The result is a high-touch, collaborative experience where you feel informed, confident, and fully prepared to submit an application that truly stands out.
Terms & Conditions Payment: Full payment of is due at booking to secure your package. Sessions will not begin until payment is received. Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled in advance via mutually agreed-upon times. Clients are responsible for confirming their session times. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion. Session Format: Coaching includes a mix of live video sessions and asynchronous written feedback. All materials are shared digitally unless otherwise specified. Confidentiality: All client information, materials, and communications are treated as confidential. Intellectual Property: Any materials, frameworks, or templates provided remain the property of the coach and are for the client’s personal use only. No Guarantees: While coaching aims to maximize application strength and confidence, admission decisions are ultimately at the discretion of the schools. Completion: The package expires 6 months from the date of purchase if not fully utilized, unless otherwise agreed upon.
