Package Description:

This is a focused, deadline-driven coaching sprint designed for candidates applying to a single top MBA or EMBA program who need to move fast and submit their strongest possible application. Over 6 sessions, we work through every component of your application — from clarifying your goals narrative to polishing your final essays — with a clear agenda for each session and written feedback throughout. What we cover: Session 1 — Goals & Narrative Foundation. We define your specific 5-year vision, sharpen your short- and long-term goals, and build the narrative spine that drives every essay and interview answer. This is the most important session — everything else flows from here. Session 2 — School Fit & Essay Strategy. We develop a specific, compelling "Why This School" argument and map every required essay to your narrative. No generic answers. Session 3 — Essay Draft Review #1. Line-by-line feedback on your first drafts. We focus on specificity, voice, and narrative coherence — and cut anything that doesn't serve the story. Session 4 — Essay Final Draft + Recommender Prep. Final polish on your essays, plus a recommender briefing strategy — identifying the right references and coaching you on how to prepare them to speak to leadership potential, not just performance. Session 5 — Interview Preparation. We cover your target school's interview format, practice the questions that matter most, and work on how to present your background clearly and confidently to an admissions audience. Session 6 — Final Review & Submission Readiness. A full application review — essays, resume, and recommender alignment — before you hit submit. Between sessions, you'll have access to written feedback on all drafts via email so momentum never stalls. This package is best suited for candidates who already have a strong profile and need a focused partner to help them package and position it as effectively as possible.

What you'll get from this package

A sharp, specific goals narrative that can hold up under adcom scrutiny — not just a direction, but a defined 5-year vision with a clear "why this school" argument built around it.

Polished, final-draft essays with written feedback. Every essay will be specific to your target school, connected to your goals, and written in your authentic voice — not generic MBA-speak.

Interview confidence — you'll have practiced your most important answers and know how to present your background clearly to an audience unfamiliar with your experience.

A submission checklist sign-off — we do a final alignment review across all materials before you submit, so nothing gets missed and every component tells the same story.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .

My coaching is structured, honest, and built around your deadline. I come to every session having already reviewed your materials, so we spend our time making real progress — not catching up. And I'll always tell you what's working and what isn't, because that's where the value is. How the engagement works: This package combines live coaching sessions with asynchronous written feedback so you get depth without bottlenecks. Live sessions are where we do the thinking together — clarifying your goals, sharpening your narrative, practicing your interview answers. Written feedback happens between sessions on your timeline, so your drafts keep moving even when we're not on a call. What sets this apart: I read your application the way adcom does — looking for the thread that connects your past to your future, and flagging anything that breaks it. Most strong candidates over-explain their background and under-explain where they're going. My job is to help you find the right balance, and then help you say it clearly. I'll be honest when something isn't landing — but I'll also show you exactly how to fix it. You'll never leave a session without knowing what to do next. Who this works best for: Candidates who have built something real and need a focused partner to help them communicate it. That often includes people with non-traditional backgrounds, military-to-civilian transitions, or career paths that don't fit a standard MBA mold. If your story takes more than one sentence to explain, this process is built for you.

Refund Policy

Sessions. All sessions are via video call. Sessions are scheduled mutually and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations. I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session at my discretion. Life happens — I'll always try to be flexible when I can. Asynchronous Feedback. Written feedback on essays and all submitted materials is returned within 48 hours. I'll let you know if anything changes on my end. Refunds. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided coaching has not yet begun. Once sessions have started, fees are non-refundable — but I'm committed to seeing you through to submission regardless. What I need from you. The best results come from candidates who show up prepared and engage actively between sessions. I'll always come ready — I ask the same in return. Results. I'm fully committed to helping you put forward your strongest possible application. While I can't guarantee admission outcomes — no ethical coach can — I can guarantee you'll submit something you're proud of.
