What we work on: Profile assessment — An honest read on where your candidacy stands today and what an admissions committee would flag right now. Application strategy — We build your core narrative early so every decision between now and application season points in the same direction. Timeline and action plan — A clear roadmap covering your application checklist so nothing falls through the cracks. School selection — A thoughtful target list built around genuine fit, not just rankings. Recommender planning — The right recommenders identified and a strategy for preparing them well before you ever send the request. Extracurricular strategy — If there are profile gaps worth closing, we identify the right opportunities — nothing gratuitous. Test prep planning — A realistic GMAT or GRE approach built around your timeline and starting point. Narrative development — Early brainstorming to shape your story so essay season starts with momentum, not a blank page.

My coaching is structured, honest, and built around your deadline. I come to every session having already reviewed your materials, so we spend our time making real progress — not catching up. And I'll always tell you what's working and what isn't, because that's where the value is.
Sessions. All sessions are via video call. Sessions are scheduled mutually and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations. I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session at my discretion. Life happens — I'll always try to be flexible when I can. Asynchronous Feedback. Written feedback on essays and all submitted materials is returned within 48 hours. I'll let you know if anything changes on my end. What I need from you. The best results come from candidates who show up prepared and engage actively between sessions. I'll always come ready — I ask the same in return. Results. I'm fully committed to helping you put forward your strongest possible application. While I can't guarantee admission outcomes — no ethical coach can — I can guarantee you'll submit something you're proud of.
