Package Description:
The Kira SJT (Situational Judgment Test) for dental school is an online, video-based assessment that presents applicants with short scenarios they might encounter in academic, clinical, or professional settings. After viewing each prompt (video or text), applicants respond within a set time limit, usually by recording a video and/or typing a written answer. The goal is to evaluate non-academic competencies such as communication, professionalism, ethics, empathy, and decision-making rather than scientific knowledge. Schools use Kira SJT results alongside GPA, DAT scores, and interviews to gain a more holistic view of an applicant’s readiness for dental training.
