About Ella
I’m an MIT Sloan MBA graduate and incoming Harvard Kennedy School MPA student, admitted to both programs with merit scholarships. Originally from Togo, West Africa, I bring a global perspective and a proven track record of excellence across finance, impact investing, and development—having worked at Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas, and the World Bank. Over the past decade, I’ve coached and mentored 100+ students and young professionals from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain admission to MIT, Harvard, and other top MBA programs. I’m passionate about helping ambitious applicants craft authentic, high-impact applications that stand out and unlock life-changing opportunities.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to start with limited guidance and big dreams. As a first-generation immigrant from Togo, West Africa, I’ve been fortunate to find mentors who helped me navigate opportunities I once thought were out of reach. Earning degrees from MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School taught me that education can truly change lives—and coaching is my way of helping others access that same transformation with confidence and support.
