Why do I coach?

Coaching is my way of offering the support I once desperately needed during pivotal moments in my life. If I had a coach or mentor during my time as an international student, an active-duty soldier enrolled in college, a transitioning service member, a new mom pursuing a PhD, and a new organization leader, I could have achieved so much more and in a timely manner. Through coaching, I am privileged to pass on the blessings I've received from others. My fitness coach was instrumental in helping me reach my postpartum fitness goals, and mentors in various aspects of my life have guided me, helping me avoid unnecessary mistakes. There is profound fulfillment in witnessing my mentees or coachees transform from confusion to clarity, from merely surviving to truly thriving, and from feeling scared to feeling empowered. I coach to share my experiences, to collaboratively solve problems, and to harness every available resource to help others achieve their goals swiftly and effectively.
