About Deena

Hey there! I'm Deena. I graduated from Yale and joined McKinsey New York - where I worked as a consultant and interviewed applicants for over 3 years. I know receiving guidance from people who had been through the hurdles I was hoping to clear absolutely made a difference in my career. I'd like to do the same for you. Whatever your goals, I'm excited to work with you to create a strategy and follow through to get you where you need to be.

Why do I coach?

At every step in my career, I've personally benefitted so much from mentorship and coaching. I wouldn't be where I am today without people a few steps ahead of me willing to offer their advice. I know that many of these milestones (getting into an Ivy League, scoring in the 90th percentile+ on the GRE, or working for MBB) seem daunting or impossible to achieve. I also know from experience that a little bit of guidance from someone who knows the ins and outs of these opaque processes can be transformative. I'd like to give back by providing that guidance and getting you to where you want to be.
