About Deena

After graduating from The University of Pennsylvania with a B.S in economics, I worked in Sales with IBM. and then with Verizon in Strategic Planning. Truly, a life-long learner, I went back to Penn to earn my master's in organizational development. As the Head of Talent for an internet start -up I learned how to quickly scale an organization and hire the right people for organizational (culture fit and skills) success. I've had decades of experience coaching at Director level up to the C Suite in a variety of industries including Tech, Finance, and Healthcare.
