Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it’s like to break into an industry without a roadmap. My university had strong recruiting for finance and consulting, but no guidance for tech. I hustled – speaking with 100+ people across tech, media, startups, and product marketing – before landing my first role at Meta. From there, I spent a decade inside companies like Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, learning how to navigate my career in big tech by asking questions, building context, and forming clarity. I coach to pass that clarity on to others. Working with me is like tapping into the hundreds of coffee chats I’ve had with successful leaders across the industry, plus the insider perspective of someone who’s been on the inside.
