I have over 15 years of experience recruiting and leading teams for companies like a16z, Meta, Intuit, Zoom and others. I understand the hiring process and what is said and done during the hiring process. I am also a dedicated professional coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Coaching at the University of Texas at Dallas, with an expected completion date of 2026. This program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), equips me with the latest coaching competencies and best practices. I am also on the path to obtaining ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. This means I coach by outlined ethics outlined by the ICF. With a focus on individuals in tech, venture capital (VC), and private equity (PE) careers, I am dedicated to providing personalized coaching services that help professionals navigate their career journeys effectively. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their strengths, set meaningful goals, and achieve lasting success.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know firsthand the transformative power of guidance and support. When I transitioned out of the military, it was the coaches and mentors in my life who helped me navigate the uncertainty, uncover my strengths, and chart a clear path forward. Their impact not only accelerated my career growth but also revealed my true passion: empowering others to achieve their goals and realize their potential.
