My work with clients may also include building confidence and positive habits, overcoming self-sabotage, managing stress, eliminating negative beliefs and self-talk, and improving personal and work relationships. I also work globally with emerging and established leaders on critical professional skill development including communication, emotional intelligence, executive presence and influence, branding, conflict management, new manager/leader development, strategic leadership, developing others, and building trust and accountability on remote teams. 20+ years of training and experience in operations leadership, clinical psychology, and coaching allows me to assist my clients in attaining successful outcomes.
