I have over 15 years of experience as a leader in People/HR, with a proven track record of driving workforce development and organizational growth in the finance and tech sectors. My expertise lies in collaborating with C-suite leaders to navigate the various stages of startup growth, particularly through periods of change. Having been part of two acquisitions, I specialize in change management and building organizational resilience. Throughout my career, I have focused on cultivating inclusive, high-performing global cultures that align with business objectives while promoting collaboration and employee development. I have successfully led cultural transformations at four organizations, spearheading talent development and employee engagement initiatives, including the design and implementation of comprehensive leadership development programs. Since being certified in 2108 my coaching experience has been largely in the corporate space partnering with leaders at every level from new managers to senior executives to help them hit their goals. I have a refined program for emerging leaders to equip them with essential skills for effective management and strategic vision.
