Why do I coach?
I come from a non-traditional background. First gen college student, non-traditional major, lower than average high school and college GPA to name a few. At countless intersections of my life when I was at a moment of forward or backward motion, a mentor stepped up, coached me, and bet on me. I had to figure out how to stand out because of my background, I know what it takes to get the first product role, and how to become undeniably the right choice for a new role or promotion.
