Why do I coach?
I coach because I experienced firsthand how transformative the right support system can be. When I started programming in college, it was my friends, roommates, and mentors who kept me motivated and helped me succeed. Their guidance fundamentally shaped who I am today, and I want to pay that forward. I believe everyone deserves access to the kind of mentorship that can change the trajectory of their life. I coach to be the person I needed when I was starting out—someone who provides both guidance and encouragement when the path seems overwhelming.
