Description

Have a business, product, SaaS, or side-project idea? Bring it to the session and we'll use AI to turn the idea into a concrete plan. This is a working session for people who want to go from "I have an idea" to "I know what I should build, who it's for, and what I should do next." We'll use AI throughout the process to research the market, pressure-test assumptions, define the customer, evaluate competitors, shape the product, prioritize an MVP, and create an execution plan. Depending on where you are in the process, we may work through: 1. Refining and pressure-testing the initial idea 2. Identifying the target customer and their actual problem 3. Competitive and market research 4. Evaluating whether the opportunity is differentiated 5. Pricing and business-model options 6. Defining an MVP and deciding what not to build 7. Creating product requirements and feature priorities 8. Designing customer discovery questions 9. Thinking through technical architecture and AI capabilities 10. Branding, positioning, and messaging 11. Launch and go-to-market ideas 12. Creating a concrete 30-, 60-, or 90-day execution roadmap If you're technical, we can go deeper into architecture and implementation. If you're non-technical, we can focus on how modern AI tools can help you prototype and build without needing a traditional engineering team.

What you'll get from this package

A clearer and more thoroughly tested version of your business or product idea

A defined target customer and problem statement

A better understanding of the market and competitive landscape

A prioritized MVP rather than an oversized feature list

A view of the biggest assumptions and risks you need to validate

Concrete next steps for customer discovery, product development, and launch

A practical plan for using AI throughout the building process

A roadmap you can continue executing after the session

Product Lead at Poolside | AI Strategy & Product Development

I've spent the last several years working hands-on with AI at AWS and Poolside, where I helped enterprises take foundation models from experimentation into production. At Poolside, I identified the opportunity for sovereign AI in early 2025, built the first on-prem prototype myself, and went on to lead the resulting product line across product strategy, engineering, deployment, and customer delivery. We grew it to ~$3M ARR and 40+ deployments, including highly secure government environments. I also build with AI extensively outside of work. I built Pinpoint Alpha, an AI-powered market analytics SaaS with 12 production Python pipelines, and Keel, an open-source agent harness focused on secure and governed agent execution. I can help with everything from figuring out where AI actually adds value to LLM APIs, agents, RAG, evals, prompting, cloud architecture, AI-assisted coding, and getting an idea from a blank page to a working product.
