Description
Bring me a repetitive task, workflow, or personal process you want to automate, and we’ll build it together. This is a hands-on session focused on turning AI from something you occasionally chat with into something that actively saves you time. Depending on your goals, we might set up scheduled AI tasks, recurring research, email summaries, reminders, monitoring workflows, connected apps, or multi-step automations. You don’t need to know how to code. We’ll start with the outcome you want, break the workflow into steps, identify what AI can realistically handle, and then build as much of it as possible during the session. Example projects might include: 1. A daily AI-generated summary of important emails 2. Weekly monitoring of jobs, competitors, markets, news, or events 3. Automated research and recurring reports 4. Personal reminders and intelligent follow-ups 5. Summarizing information from multiple sources 6. Building repeatable workflows around ChatGPT and other AI tools 7. Turning a manual process you perform every week into an AI-assisted system The session is tailored around your actual workflow, NOT just some generic demo.

This session will be interactive, flipping screen sharing between you and me while we both go through building out these automations. AI proficiency is not mandatory, but you SHOULD have at least a basic subscription to ChatGPT, Grok, or Anthropic etc.

Product Lead at Poolside | AI Strategy & Product Development
I've spent the last several years working hands-on with AI at AWS and Poolside, where I helped enterprises take foundation models from experimentation into production. At Poolside, I identified the opportunity for sovereign AI in early 2025, built the first on-prem prototype myself, and went on to lead the resulting product line across product strategy, engineering, deployment, and customer delivery. We grew it to ~$3M ARR and 40+ deployments, including highly secure government environments. I also build with AI extensively outside of work. I built Pinpoint Alpha, an AI-powered market analytics SaaS with 12 production Python pipelines, and Keel, an open-source agent harness focused on secure and governed agent execution. I can help with everything from figuring out where AI actually adds value to LLM APIs, agents, RAG, evals, prompting, cloud architecture, AI-assisted coding, and getting an idea from a blank page to a working product.
