Through HERLead I founded a youth civic engagement program (Fighting Injustice Through Youth Art), received advanced leadership & public speaking training, and developed an incredible network of strong female leaders from across the US and the world. Independently built and managed entire P&L and strategic development of a $xx million dollar e-commerce business across both Jet.com and Walmart.com prior to full integration into Walmart in 2020. Developed and executed strategy that grew revenue by +300% YoY and increased profitability by +2000 bps, including bringing in the #1 top-selling item in Fashion department for Walmart.com in Holiday season 2019. Oversaw merchandising and pricing strategy, supply chain, digital marketing, and operations.
