About Christina
After a stint at Deloitte in management consulting, I dove head-first into the world of startups and have never looked back. Since Deloitte, I've worked at two hypergrowth start-ups — first at Charlie Health, then Series A and now Series C, where I was the 50th corporate hire. As part of the leadership team, I helped grow the company to serve 2x the states and 5x the patients they were serving when I started. Now at CollegeVine, I've pioneered our company's shift into being one of the most successful enterprise AI use cases in the country. I thrive in rapid-paced environments and on teams that are working to do good in the world.
Why do I coach?
Having coaches in my professional life has provided me with the confidence to follow my gut. Following your gut is a skill gained with confidence and is easiest when you have someone backing you up. As a coach, I strive to be that vote of confidence for anyone hoping to make a scary-feeling leap in their career. Plus, bringing talented people out of the grind and mundaneness of consulting and into the high-impact world of startups brings me tons of joy!
