Why do I coach?
Breaking into private equity isn’t just about technical skills—it’s about crafting a compelling narrative that helps others see your value and, just as importantly, helps you see it too. Confidence and clarity go hand in hand, and I coach candidates to approach their job search with both. I learned firsthand how critical it is to align career choices with what truly matters. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer as a young mom (in 2023), it reinforced the importance of being intentional—about how I spend my time, where I invest my energy, and what I optimize for in my career. A gratitude mindset, paired with confidence in your own abilities, can shift how you approach challenges and opportunities alike. I coach because I know how transformative the right guidance can be.
