Why do I coach?

Coming from the sales and corporate world, I learned firsthand the pressure of being measured by numbers, you’re only as good as your last quarter or last year. That environment can drive results, but it can also drive burnout. When I shifted into coaching, I brought with me the lessons from leading teams, working with executives, and experiencing those highs and lows myself. That background gave me the empathy, curiosity, and soft skills to truly connect with people. My why is simple: I coach the version of myself from 20 years ago, the one who was ambitious, searching for clarity and in need of guidance. Coaching allows me to create the kind of support, reflection, and growth space I once wished I had.

360 interview Facilitator

Leadership Circle

July 2024 - Present

As a certified Leadership Circle Profile (LCP 360) Facilitator, I conduct in-depth 360 interviews and assessments that provide leaders with a clear picture of how they are experienced by those they lead. Through this process, I help clients uncover the gaps between their self-perception and how others perceive their leadership, both when managing up and down. I guide leaders through their LCP results to deepen self-awareness, highlight strengths, and identify growth opportunities creating actionable pathways for transformative leadership development.

Executive Coach and Leadership Workshop Facilitator

The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

I partner with the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) as an executive coach and leadership facilitator. In this role, I lead leadership development workshops, executive coaching engagements, and communication programs for Latino professionals across industries. I also facilitate HACE’s specialty programs, including Hombres de HACE and Elevando Latino Leaders, creating spaces that build confidence, expand leadership capacity, and empower participants to thrive in their careers and communities.
