About Carl
Every major step in my career required learning a new industry and reinventing myself. I began my career as a Teach For America educator before earning my MBA from Emory University and transitioning into Consumer Packaged Goods. From there, I made the leap into technology, where I’ve helped build and grow products at Amazon and now Salesforce as a Product Marketing leader. Because I’ve navigated multiple career pivots myself, I enjoy helping others do the same. Whether you’re: Breaking into Product Marketing Transitioning from education, consulting, or CPG into tech Preparing for interviews at companies like Amazon or Salesforce Looking to become a stronger strategic marketer or business leader I’ll help you understand not just how to land the role—but how to think like a Product Marketing leader once you’re there. My coaching is practical, honest, and grounded in real experience leading go-to-market strategy, product launches, executive communications, and growth initiatives at some of the world’s most recognized companies. My goal is simple: help you shorten the learning curve, avoid common mistakes, and accelerate your career with confidence.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how transformative the right guidance can be. Every major transition in my career—from Teach For America to earning my MBA at Emory, moving into CPG, and eventually breaking into Big Tech at Amazon and Salesforce—was made possible by people who challenged, encouraged, and believed in me. Now, I want to do the same for others. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone land a role they once thought was out of reach, negotiate a stronger offer, or gain the confidence to pursue a bigger opportunity. I don’t measure success by the number of coaching sessions I deliver—I measure it by the moments when my clients call to say, “I got the job.” Helping people unlock their potential and accelerate their careers is what motivates me every day.
