About Cameron
My experience with people extends well beyond my coaching training. I bring over 15 years of expertise in Talent Management and HR across advertising, start-ups, and consulting. As a patient and intuitive listener, I believe that genuine connections matter. I show up authentically in every coaching session and value when clients do the same. My style is professional yet approachable—I like to create a comfortable environment where a smile is welcome. I’m skilled at connecting the dots between conversations, helping clients see things from new perspectives that open up possibilities for growth and change.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe that talking things through is one of the most powerful ways to understand how we truly feel. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people in many capacities—coaching, advising, and supporting them through different challenges. The one-on-one conversations I had were always the most fulfilling part of my work. The feedback I received—stories of how a single conversation made a difference in someone’s day, career, or even life—continues to inspire me. During coaching school, I experienced firsthand how transformative a shift in perspective can be. Even brief conversations revealed my true thoughts and feelings and helped me release unhelpful patterns. I coach because I want others to experience that same positive shift within themselves, gaining clarity, confidence, and freedom to move forward.
