I’m a career and leadership coach with 20+ years of experience across tech, advertising, and higher education, including roles at Netflix, Google, and Wix. My work has focused on learning, onboarding, enablement, and coaching — partnering closely with leaders and business teams to support growth, performance, and career progression. I help early- and mid-career professionals navigate career transitions, prepare for interviews, sharpen their focus and professional narrative, grow as leaders, advance in their careers, and navigate team/manager dynamics more effectively. My approach is practical and warm — combining real perspective with thoughtful coaching that helps clients move forward with confidence and intention. In addition to my professional background, I bring a personal understanding of career transitions. I’ve navigated nonlinear paths, ambiguity, and moments of reinvention myself, which allows me to meet clients with both strategic clarity and real empathy. I understand how disorienting transitions can feel — especially when you’re experienced, capable, and unsure how to position your next move.
Why do I coach?
I love coaching because it gives me the chance to truly listen and meet people where they are. I have a natural ability to build trust quickly and create space for honest conversation, which helps clients feel seen, heard, and understood. From there, I help clients make sense of their experiences, clarify what matters most, and move forward with confidence and intention. Coaching allows me to combine deep listening with practical guidance, and I find it incredibly meaningful to support people during moments of transition and growth.
