I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform a career. Throughout my journey in business development and partnerships, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible mentors who helped me navigate pivotal moments—from breaking into the field to taking on leadership roles and tackling complex partnership challenges. Their insights and encouragement had a profound impact on my career trajectory, and I want to pay that forward. I also know what it’s like to face uncertainty or feel stuck, whether it’s charting a career path, managing a challenging partnership, or pushing for that next level of growth. Oversee and lead partnerships, business development and corporate strategy. My job is to help Canopy find ways to grow the business outside of direct sales, that primarily meant partnerships, but also included exploring new products and markets.

Bolt is an e-commerce checkout technology. In my role I drove partnerships with e-commerce platforms to embed Bolt within their platform to drive adoption from merchants at scale.

I led technology partnerships for Okta's Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) business ($300M+), which also included the acquisition of Auth0. As the first dedicated partnerships hire for the CIC business, I was responsible for driving the partner strategy, scaling out the partnerships team and pursuing deals and partnerships to further the success of the business.

I had several roles over my tenure at Adobe, spanning Adobe's three business units: Digital Media, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud. Throughout my partner roles at Adobe I was fortunate enough to: - Drive adoption of new product APIs and SDKs for a new ConnectedTV offering - Build and scale an embedded reseller program from the ground up for Adobe Sign - Scale a technology partner program for the Experience Cloud business from close to a dozen partners to several hundred - Become the Experience Cloud's product partnerships leader, guiding product teams through build/buy/partner scenarios and helping to execute inbound technology licenses (OEM)
