This coaching program is designed for media and entertainment professionals, managers, and emerging leaders who want to increase their effectiveness, navigate pivotal career moments, and create greater impact in their work. Whether you're taking on greater responsibility, preparing for a promotion, navigating a career transition, adjusting to organizational change, or simply looking to perform at a higher level, we'll focus on the mindset, behaviors, and leadership capabilities that can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on my experience in strategic roles at Paramount and my Executive MBA education from Brown University and IE Business School, I bring an industry-informed perspective to our work. As a coach, I'll help you think more deeply, challenge assumptions, recognize your strengths, and turn insight into purposeful action. Here's what we'll work on: Mindset & Self-Awareness We'll examine the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that influence how you show up professionally. You'll build self-awareness and confidence while identifying mindset shifts that help you approach challenges more intentionally. Performance & Effectiveness We'll identify the behaviors and capabilities that can help you perform at a higher level. Depending on your goals, we may work on strategic communication, decision-making, prioritization, accountability, managing pressure, receiving feedback, or translating your strengths into consistent performance. Leadership & Influence Leadership isn't limited to having a title. We'll explore how you communicate, build trust, influence stakeholders, manage relationships, and lead effectively—whether you're an emerging leader, an experienced manager, or preparing for your next level of responsibility. Navigating Media & Entertainment Organizations Media and entertainment organizations are often complex, fast-moving, highly collaborative, and matrixed. Success can require navigating competing stakeholder interests across creative, business, and operational priorities. We'll work on managing ambiguity, navigating organizational dynamics and change, and developing the judgment and approach that work best for your unique circumstances. Career Growth & Transitions Your career isn't simply a series of job titles. We'll examine where you want to go, how you're positioning yourself, what may be getting in your way, and what actions can move you toward your next opportunity—whether that's advancement, a new role, a career transition, or greater impact where you are. What you can expect from our work This is a partnership, not a formula. When useful, I'll also draw on my experience in media and entertainment to provide industry context and perspective.
