These tools will support your broader career strategy rather than become the sole focus of our work. Turning Strategy Into Action Insight matters only when it leads to action. Throughout our work, we'll identify practical steps between sessions, assess your progress, address obstacles, and adjust your strategy as new information emerges. You'll develop a personalized career action plan that identifies your priorities, next steps, key relationships to build, potential skill or experience gaps, and actions you can start taking now. I'll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, provide honest feedback, and help you evaluate your options from different perspectives. My role isn't to choose your career path for you. It's to help you develop the clarity, confidence, and judgment to make decisions that are right for you.
