As your career advances, success increasingly depends on more than the quality of your individual work. How you communicate, make decisions, influence others, navigate complexity, and show up in important moments can shape how others experience you as a leader. This coaching package is designed for media and entertainment professionals and managers who are stepping into greater responsibility, preparing for more senior roles, or looking to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and presence. Together, we'll identify how you currently show up as a leader, how you want others to experience you, and the behaviours that can help you close the gap. Rather than adopting someone else's idea of executive presence, we'll focus on developing a leadership approach that feels authentic to you and works in your environment. Drawing on my experience in strategic roles at Paramount and my Executive MBA education from Brown University and IE Business School, I bring an industry-informed perspective to our work. I'll combine thoughtful coaching with practical perspective when useful, while keeping your goals, strengths, and circumstances at the center of the process. Here's what we'll work on: Leadership Identity & Self-Awareness We'll explore the kind of leader you want to become, the strengths you already bring, and the behaviours or assumptions that may limit your effectiveness. You'll develop greater awareness of how you show up and how others may experience your actions. Executive Presence & Communication Executive presence isn't about adopting a particular personality or style. We'll work on communicating with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—particularly in meetings, presentations, difficult conversations, and other high-stakes situations. Influence & Stakeholder Relationships Senior leaders rarely accomplish meaningful work alone. We'll examine how you build trust, influence without relying solely on authority, navigate competing priorities, and develop productive relationships across functions and levels of an organization. Decision-Making & Judgment Greater responsibility often brings greater ambiguity. We'll work on how you approach complex decisions, evaluate competing considerations, communicate your reasoning, and become more confident exercising judgment when there isn't an obvious answer. Leading Through Complexity & Change Media and entertainment organizations operate amid constant technological, competitive, creative, and organizational change. We'll explore how you can stay effective through uncertainty, help others navigate change, and lead with greater intention as the environment around you evolves. Turning Insight into Leadership Practice Leadership development happens through practice, not simply discussion. Throughout our work, we'll identify specific behaviors and situations where you can apply what you're learning between sessions. We'll reflect on what worked, examine what didn't, and adjust your approach as you gain experience. You'll develop a personalized leadership development plan that identifies the capabilities you want to strengthen, the behaviors you want to practice, the situations where you can apply them, and the actions you can take to continue your development beyond our coaching engagement. My role isn't to turn you into someone else's version of an executive. It's to help you lead more intentionally, feel more confident in the value you bring, and create impact more effectively through others. The goal is to help you develop the presence, judgment, influence, and leadership capabilities you'll need as your responsibilities—and your impact—continue to grow.
