I have pivoted careers 5 times and coached 12 people as they left consulting. About Brad
I’m a former Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company with a non-traditional path into consulting and leadership. I began my career as a physical therapist and later became the first physical therapist hired at McKinsey. Across multiple career pivots before and after consulting, I’ve learned firsthand how to reposition your story, translate unconventional experience, and stand out in highly competitive processes—skills I now help others apply to their own careers. I’ve coached candidates across the full consulting career journey—from crafting compelling narratives and resumes, to mastering case interviews, to making confident career decisions once offers arrive and throughout their time in consulting. My coaching style is structured, honest, and practical, focused not just on landing the job, but on building long-term career clarity and momentum. Whether you're targeting consulting, pivoting careers, or figuring out your next move, I help you turn ambiguity into a clear, executable path.
