1. Consultant Turnaround & Project Cadence This partnership operates on disciplined cadence and mutual respect for time. Clients should expect written feedback, draft review, or requested follow-up from me within 48 business hours of receiving materials, unless otherwise communicated in advance due to travel or pre-scheduled commitments. Maintaining this predictable turnaround ensures steady momentum and structured progress throughout the application cycle. To preserve this cadence and meet application deadlines, clients are encouraged to review feedback and respond in a similarly timely manner whenever possible. Timely consultant response does not extend application deadlines or alter scope; adherence to the structured timeline remains a shared responsibility. 2. Application Round Scope & Changes Each engagement is structured around an agreed-upon list of schools and a specific application round. Changes to application rounds, deferrals to subsequent cycles, or material scope adjustments require mutual written consent from both client and consultant. If a candidate elects to move to a later round or add additional schools beyond the original agreement, additional fees may apply depending on timing, workload, and revised scope. Round transitions are not automatic extensions of the original engagement. 3.
