Application round changes, deferrals, or material shifts in scope must be discussed and mutually agreed upon in advance. Executive schedules and program calendars are often dynamic; however, transitions to subsequent rounds are not automatic extensions of the original engagement. Should the client elect to pursue a later round or expand the number of target programs, additional fees may apply based on the revised scope and timing. Strategic continuity requires clarity at the outset. Any modifications must be formally confirmed before proceeding.
