Clear expectations help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both of us. Communication & Turnaround You can expect written feedback, draft review, or follow-up responses within 48 business hours of submitting materials, unless otherwise noted in advance. To keep the process moving comfortably and avoid last-minute pressure, I encourage you to review feedback and return revisions in a timely manner whenever possible. Maintaining steady momentum helps us preserve quality and reduce unnecessary stress as deadlines approach. School & Application Round Alignment At the beginning of our engagement, we will agree upon: • The specific schools included in your package • The application round you are targeting If your plans change, I completely understand that circumstances evolve. However, adjustments to school selection or movement to a later application round should be discussed and mutually agreed upon in advance. Depending on timing and scope, additional fees may apply. This structure allows us to plan responsibly and maintain fairness across client commitments. Outcome Expectations MBA admissions decisions are influenced by many factors beyond any advisor’s control, including applicant pool composition, institutional priorities, and interview dynamics. While I bring experience, structure, and a strong track record of success to this process, no admission outcome can be guaranteed. As a result, refunds are not offered based on admission decisions. Authorship & Integrity This is a strategic advisory partnership. You will be the author of your essays and application materials. My role is to provide guidance, structure, refinement, and perspective. I do not write essays or recommendation letters on a client’s behalf.
