About Beth

Beth Guyton is an ICF Associate Certified Coach with expertise in leadership development, change management, and performance management. Her professional career includes sales executive roles, founding and operating a consulting firm, and serving as a healthcare executive. She is passionate about developing leaders and high performing cultures to achieve strategic business objectives. Beth brings a wealth of real-world experience, heart, and knowledge to her coaching practice. Her love of learning, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of people and processes equip her to deliver valuable insights and practical tools to her coaching clients. To advance her knowledge of people and organizational performance, Beth earned a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in 2021. As a life-long learner, she has invested in ongoing development and earned numerous certifications. She is a skilled presenter and trainer who has developed practical tools and workshops to enhance her clients’ leadership and performance. She holds a BA in Advertising from the Manship School of Journalism at Louisiana State University.
