Top Leland Coach | Build Your Six-Figure Practice from the Ground Up

In just three years, Ben has built an MBA, MBB, and now AI coaching business from zero to $600,000 in net payouts working with Leland (over half of which was earned in the past 12 months). Each year on Leland, his business has doubled, and he’s projected to cross $1,000,000 with Leland by the middle of 2026. As one of Leland’s first coaches, Ben has also informally worked with several of Leland’s top coaches in building their business from the ground up, from getting started to scaling and systematizing their practices. Now he’s looking to work with a select group of individuals dedicated to building a six-figure coaching practice on Leland. A few areas where Ben has helped coaches form the building blocks of a lasting, coaching business: • Selling where you naturally excel by articulating your value clearly and compellingly • Building systems (AI fundamentals, more sophisticated AI agents, analytics, and more) so you can visualize your progress, make better decisions and save hours of time each week • Building and designing events and other Leland-based offerings (e.g., series, bootcamp sessions) that drive real traction and high-intent leads to your business • Mastering the Leland platform, learning the ins and outs of what makes you stand out on a marketplace of nearly 3,000 coaches, and where to focus at each stage of your business • Creating engaging content & collateral that build a brand your coaching clients learn from—and want to forward on to people they know with enthusiasm (e.g., writing on social, building high-quality presentations, etc.) • Avoiding pitfalls and red flags that keep you from scaling, or that take time away from the work you want to be doing (e.g., taking on problematic clients, missing follow-up opportunities, selling “too much” or “too little”) • Delivering consistently outstanding value to your clientele, who are investing a considerable amount in you and your work (read: the most important thing on this list) Prior to coaching, Ben was a consultant at McKinsey, then moved into Economic Development Policy for the City of Chicago under Mayor Rahm Emanuel before earning his MBA at Stanford (’21). During and after his time at GSB, he built a startup and government advisory practice that’s collectively earned over $2.5 million working with dozens of startups, government entities, and most recently, coaching through Leland. Ben also holds a B.A. from WashU in St. Louis in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Economics.
