Most people meet Claude in the chat window at claude.ai and think that's all there is. That's fine for Q&A. The moment you want Claude to touch your actual files, make use of your tools, and complete multi-step work, you need Claude Code. It's terminal-based, takes in context from folders and projects, and integrates across tools — but in the first week or two of using Claude Code, most people get frustrated and give up. I wrote the Getting Started with Claude Code guide to compress that stretch. This package builds no this guide so you don't have to climb the learning curve alone. You'll leave with Claude Code installed on your machine, the integrations that matter connected to your Claude-based work (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Notion, Drive, Slack), and a real agent running your workflow. What's included (every tier): • The full 20-page Getting Started with Claude Code guide — the exact playbook I run my own setup against • Live, screen-shared sessions — we can prompt together, or you can watch me build something if that's better for you, so you can see what Claude returns, and how I iterate in real time • Pre-session prep — you send me the tools you want to use and the goals you have, and I'll help you come up with a plan to meet them • Async support is also possible — Loom videos to help walk through things between sessions when you're stuck can also be an option here. • I can help you build a similarly comprehensive personal CLAUDE.md template like I use myself — the highest-leverage file in your setup, mine to start from • A working artifact you keep — a real agent or skill running in your environment by the end Tiers • Quickstart — Days 1–3. Install, authenticate, and ship one real workflow. 1 session × 60 min. $329. • Builder — Days 4–14. Quickstart + your first 2 MCP integrations + 1 scheduled agent. 2 × 60 min. $658. • Operator — Week 3+. Builder + a multi-step pipeline, sub-agents, and durable skills. 4 × 60 min. $1,316. Best for everyday workers, consultants, founders, and operators who already use Claude.ai and feel a ceiling — but who have real tasks in mind and want to build. Not a fit if you're looking for someone to build something for you with no involvement (this is hands-on coaching, not purely done-for-you), or if you're looking for generic ChatGPT prompt-engineering course. If you want to learn how to apply this work for yourself, I can help you get pedaling in a balanced way, and set you off riding on your own.

How we work together: 1. You buy a tier. I send a short intake to learn your tools, your operating system, and the work you actually want Claude to do. 2. You read the guide. 60 minutes. Don't skim. You'll come into session 1 already past the setup friction. 3. We get on a call. We can screen-share one-way or both. We install Claude Code, wire up your first integrations, and write your CLAUDE.md together. 4. You build between sessions. I respond to Looms, voice notes, and stuck-moment screenshots inside 48 weekday hours. 5. You leave with something running. Every tier ends with a real artifact — an agent, a skill, a scheduled workflow — in your environment, doing real work. I'm a Stanford MBA '21, ex-McKinsey and 4× Top Coach on Leland. I've been building with Claude Code daily for over a year, shipping real client work end-to-end. My approach: warm, direct, hands-on. I don't lecture...we build together and I'll always walk you through multiple approaches and let you find a path to building yourself.

i'm now coaching people on how to better maximize whatever AI-based tool they use -- helping you ask the right questions and get answers that matter: a few use cases on agentic design: • building an AI agent or designing Claude projects with the right context, using best practices to elevate your process and final output. • deep research: designing intelligent prompts, asking the right questions to get to the bottom of anything, whether it's a passion project or corporate forensics / due diligence -- then following up to make sure no stone goes unturned -- there are infinite permutations of what this might entail. i've helped 3 different businesses with this now, and about 15 real humans. it's been fun, in large part because it feels like building a dynamic skillset that's immediately testable and learn-from-able. it's also something, if you're actively investing yourself, that you ought to get good at yesterday. • life planning: whether you're charting out the next 3-5 years of your career, planning a wedding, or figuring out which direction to take your business, these thoughts cause head-fog. i help people figure out how to maximize these tools, so they're living better and working more productively. • single use cases: need to figure out how to navigate your state's health marketplace? building a personal budget? getting a vacation itinerary together? bring an idea, and we'll go. i'll also help you dig into sources, understand the limitations of what these tools can and can't do, and help you spot pitfalls in an AI tool's output so you know when and how to challenge your GPT of choice -- and integrate your own critical thinking to make sure it's as thorough and accurate as something you might research independently.
