About Becca
I am a current MBA student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. I spent nearly 2 years researching MBA programs, preparing to apply, completing applications, and selecting a school from the three M7 schools I was admitted to, so I have a wealth of knowledge about the process of preparing, testing, applying, and selecting an MBA program. This summer, I will be interning with Boston Consulting Group. I am actively involved with Kellogg’s Consulting Club and can provide expert support on preparing for case interviews, behavioral interviews, or navigating any other aspect of the consulting recruiting process (networking, coffee chats, outreach, etc.). Prior to Kellogg, I spent 4 years in consulting at Deloitte, where I focused on launching large scale AI and technology strategy programs at Fortune 500 financial services firms.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know firsthand how much a great mentor changes the game. When I was navigating MBA applications, a coach helped me cut through the noise and land offers from multiple M7 programs, including a merit scholarship. When I was breaking into management consulting, mentors showed me how the recruiting process actually works, not just how it looks from the outside. Now I pay that forward, helping candidates tell their story with clarity, prep for the moments that matter most, and walk into the process with the confidence that comes from having someone genuinely in their corner.
